The Grá Ritual (How to Use):
Trim the candle wick to roughly 5mm before lighting. On your first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface to prevent tunneling. Light it an hour before bed, step away from the noise of the day, and let the calming atmosphere take hold.
